Ladies’ Night Vendor Application

Please read over details carefully prior to applying.

Location: Roberts Elementary Gym, 2400 Belle View Dr, Shelby Twp
When: Thursday, April 24^th, 6-8pm
Set Up Time: 4:30-5:45pm
Application Info: All vendors will be contacted VIA EMAIL within 3 days to be notified if their application has been approved. Further instructions & details will be provided at that time.

Payment must be made in full within 3 days of acceptance or your spot will be forfeited.

Crafters/vendors are approved based on quality of items being sold, completion of application, and uniqueness of items sold.

**PLEASE be aware of scammers. They are ruthless on social media. We will never try to get vendors or payments by commenting on our Facebook Event.

You will be sent a vendor packet via email after approval…PLEASE READ IT THOROUGHLY.

Pricing:
-$20 per booth space. You may opt for a table space, or an empty booth space. Table spaces include a 6 ft table + 2 chairs. Tables do not include linens. Spaces are 8ft.
-Electricity is limited & not guaranteed.
-1 business per booth/space.

Details:
-Artisans, crafters, pre-packaged food vendors, & service businesses (i.e. massage therapist, tarot reader, henna, etc.) are welcome to apply.
-Payments are accepted via credit card with a 3% convenience fee added, PayPal or by mail via check.
-We will be advertising on social media & sending flyers home to our 500+ student community.
-We reserve the right to place exhibitors in spaces at the show at their own discretion. Not all requests can be granted.
-If there are any questions about your application, please feel free to contact us.
-No refunds within 2 weeks of the event (unless the event is cancelled by for any reason) and no refunds for no shows.
-Complete details will be in a vendor welcome packet upon approval.

CLOSED CATEGORIES: Jewelry, Soaps, Salons, Hair, Skincare, Nails, Bead Pens, Keychains, Cups, Make-up, Clothing (of any kind), Tanning, Bakery, Breads, Dips, Candles, and Crocheted Items. If you would like to be put on our waitlist, please feel free to fill out the app! We will contact you if a spot opens in your category.

We want your company to SHINE! Vendor acceptance is very thought out as we too have been vendors in the past. Although we don’t want duplicate booths, we will allow similar industries if products are significantly different styles.
