PTO GENERAL MEETING AND BOARD ELECTIONS
Join us for an exciting and important PTO meeting!
📅 Date: Wednesday, April 8th
⏰ Time: 6:30pm
We will be voting on our 2026–2027 PTO Board, and we truly need as many families as possible to participate. Your vote helps shape the future of our PTO and the events and experiences we bring to our school community.
During this meeting, we will hear from our Principal, review past and upcoming PTO events from our current PTO President, and meet our amazing board candidates before voting begins.
Voting will take place during the meeting. Online attendees will be provided with a secure online ballot, and in-person attendees will vote using a paper ballot.

SNACK CART & MARCH BIRTHDAYS
Our next Snack Cart will roll out on Friday, April 10th.
Snack Cart Details
• All items are $1 each
• Limit of three items per student
• World’s Finest Chocolate bars will also be available for $1
March Birthday Celebration
We will also be celebrating all of our March birthdays this Friday for the students who signed up for our Birthday Fundraiser.
Before the snack cart begins its rounds, these students will be invited to the Media Center, where they will:
*Be the first to choose from the snack cart
*Select three fun prizes from our prize bag
If your child is absent, they will still get to celebrate and make their selections on the next snack cart date. We can’t wait to make their day extra special!

Your amazing bookmark designs will now move on to our FINAL round, where each classroom will vote for their favorite!
🏆 Our Grand Prize Winner will be announced on Friday, April 10th!
The winning design will be mass produced and distributed to all Roberts students, and the winner will also receive books from their favorite series!
We seriously cannot wait to see which design takes the top spot—good luck to all of our finalists! 💙
DONUTS WITH GROWNUPS UPDATE
Our RSVP deadline has now passed and donuts have been ordered.
At this time, we are unable to accept any additional forms or payments for this event.
✅ RSVP confirmation emails have been sent to all families who registered.
We truly appreciate your understanding and support, and we look forward to a fun and special morning with those who signed up!
WORLD’S FINEST CHOCOLATE – GAME TRUCK
- Students who earned the Game Truck reward will enjoy their event on the morning of April 24th.
